Incineration & Energy Recovery

Thermal treatment systems for waste. The Ganesha-Roteq modular incinerator treats sorted combustible waste and RDF, with optional heat recovery for electricity generation.

System capabilities

Modular incinerator skids, combustion control, flue-gas treatment, and continuous emissions monitoring. Ganesha-Roteq equipment testing is ongoing. Optional ORC electricity generation remains subject to project design and validation.

04 / GANESHA-ROTEQ INCINERATOR

Waste treatment.
Optional electricity recovery.

Ganesha-Roteq is a modular skid-mounted waste incinerator developed in collaboration with PT LAPI Ganesha Utama, an organization affiliated with Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).

Designed for sorted combustible waste and refuse-derived fuel (RDF), the skid is shipped inside a container, then unloaded and installed for operation on site. The booklet specifies a nominal feed capacity of 200 kg/h, combustion control, flue-gas treatment, and continuous emissions monitoring (CEMS).

An optional Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) package converts recovered heat into electricity. Its proposed 75 kWe gross output from 400 kWth is a project estimate, subject to design and testing.

Status: equipment built; testing ongoing.

05 / BIOMASS GASIFIER

Palm biomass.
A source of fuel gas.

A separate development for palm-oil operations.

The gasifier concept uses empty fruit bunches (EFB), also known as janjangan kosong, as feedstock. Prepared biomass is heated with controlled air to produce combustible fuel gas and a char / ash residue.

  1. Prepare the biomassShred the EFB and dry it as needed.
  2. Produce fuel gasFeed the prepared biomass into the gasifier with controlled air.
  3. Use the gas for heatClean the gas and match it to a suitable boiler burner.

Status: under development. Feedstock suitability, gas output, equipment capacity, and fuel replacement will be confirmed through engineering and testing.
